This concept gives a fixed solution that currently is considered our best option for replacing a full complement of teeth. Mostly used in the lower arch where the bone available for implant placement is plentiful, we also can use the same concept for the upper arch if the available bone is favourable.

With 4 to 6 implants in the lower and 6 to 8 implants in the upper arch we construct a Titanium frame milled from a block of solid metal for the internal framework and then superimpose the pre-designed teeth onto it and screw the bar and teeth firmly into the implants.

You can once again eat apples, laugh with impudence and brush your teeth as you used to!
